Pineapple Dole Whip for #NationalIceCreamMonth
The #FestiveFoodies are having an Ice Cream Social and we're so excited that you're joining us! Jolene of Jolene's Recipe Journal invited us to share some sweet creamy summer treats with you today for #NationalIceCreamMonth.
I adore dole whips! When we visited Disney a couple years ago we made a point to get them a couple different times, and then when we visited Destin last summer they had them on the pier and they were a wonderfully refreshing treat there too. So when I saw an easy recipe to whip up our own at home I knew I had to try it! It's tart, and super creamy, and absolutely delicious! It makes a good sized small batch so there won't be tons leftover, but you can whip this up any time you have some frozen pineapple handy!
