7/6/20 ~ Weekly Meal Plan
Another week has arrived! We made it to the month of July already - how are we half way through this year?? The time just flies by lately... between work, cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, and a 6-year old... it's more than enough to make the days fly by!
Lindsey misses her friends and wants to go "out" and "do" things all the time. Normally this time of year our weekends are pretty packed with local fairs, festivals, food trucks, farmer's markets, hikes, lake visits, swimming at the pool... this year we've been staying home for the most part. We've been able to take advantage of our neighborhood pool a few times; they've restricted it to homeowners only and no guests this year.
We've been ordering from our local farmer's market, but for pick up - they've opened it up this week for in person shopping but we'll probably stick with the contact free options for now as we have been for groceries as well. The numbers in Georgia are pretty bad right now, so caution feels like the right choice even more now than a couple months ago.
In the mean time, we've got some good meals on the menu this week that I'm excited to get to!
Monday
Pesto Pasta Salad
Garlic Herb Butter Roast Chicken
Three Cheese Peach & Prosciutto Pizza
Cajun Boil on the Grill
Ham and Cheese Stuffed Bread
Roasted Strawberry & Elderflower Cake
Glazed Lemon Blueberry Muffins
