Reese's Stuffed Brownies

I know this doesn't really even count as a "recipe" but I'm going to share it anyway in hopes of inspiring you to make a batch of these yummy brownie treats! I used my Pampered Chef pan, but you can make these in a 9x13 baking dish, or even a muffin tin if you still want to keep them separate from each other.

I like the dark chocolate fudgy brownies, but you can use whatever brownie base you want - or follow the link at the bottom from the recipe this was inspired by for a from scratch brownie recipe if you prefer!

Reese's Stuffed Brownies

Ingredients
12 full sized Reese's cups, unwrapped
1 box of your favorite Brownie mix (plus called for ingredients on the box - typically water, oil, eggs)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray your 9x13 or brownie pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Prepare brownie mix per package directions. Layer half of the brownie mix in the bottom of your pan (or divide half of it among the brownie pan wells).
  4. Press an unwrapped candy into each well, or layer them in the 9x13 pan, pressing down gently, and then cover with remaining brownie batter.
  5. Bake for 22 - 25 minutes, until set in the middle and crisped around the edges.
