Reese's Stuffed Brownies
I know this doesn't really even count as a "recipe" but I'm going to share it anyway in hopes of inspiring you to make a batch of these yummy brownie treats! I used my Pampered Chef pan, but you can make these in a 9x13 baking dish, or even a muffin tin if you still want to keep them separate from each other.
I like the dark chocolate fudgy brownies, but you can use whatever brownie base you want - or follow the link at the bottom from the recipe this was inspired by for a from scratch brownie recipe if you prefer!
Reese's Stuffed Brownies
Ingredients
12 full sized Reese's cups, unwrapped
1 box of your favorite Brownie mix (plus called for ingredients on the box - typically water, oil, eggs)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray your 9x13 or brownie pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare brownie mix per package directions. Layer half of the brownie mix in the bottom of your pan (or divide half of it among the brownie pan wells).
- Press an unwrapped candy into each well, or layer them in the 9x13 pan, pressing down gently, and then cover with remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 22 - 25 minutes, until set in the middle and crisped around the edges.
