When you have curious little toddlers in the house, you know keeping outlets secured is a big issue and something that seriously crosses my mind multiple times a day as I see her walk past an outlet either with something plugged into it, or with the little plastic inserts to keep her out. However, those little plastic inserts make her curious sometimes and we will find her sitting in front of one trying to get a tiny finger between the plastic cover and the outlet to see what could possibly be so interesting back there that mommy and daddy would cover it up!

This is something we definitely need in our house, and I was glad to receive this product and put it to use IMMEDIATELY (literally - when the package came, I opened it and immediately put them both into outlets). One went in the dining room (where Lindsey spends a fair amount of her day) and the other into her play room (where, of course, she also spends a fair amount of her day!)

I love that this has a smooth front - there is nothing that appears interesting about this to Lindsey, she hasn't touched either. To her, it just becomes part of the wall which makes this mama happy! I also love that they are easily paintable to match your wall color and then blend smoothly into the wall, for a cleaner look in your room. Whether you are looking at this product for decorative purposes or for child-proofing reasons, you will be very happy with the CoverPlug. (I will definitely be adding a pack of these to future baby shower gifts, and recommending them to my other baby-mama-friends!)
