Air Fried Butternut Squash
If you like butternut squash and want a quick easy, delicious side that can go with just about everything definitely give this one a try soon!
My sister used some of the leftovers in a breakfast hash the next morning which was a fabulous idea as well.
Air frying cubes of butternut squash seasoned lightly yields these amazingly creamy crisp tender bites that work SO perfectly as a substitute for potatoes alongside a delicious grilled steak!
