7dp3dt - July is a BLESSED month! :)

I feel like the expression "when it rains, it pours" applies to me today - but in a very, very positive and good way! :) I think July is turning out to be an incredibly blessed month and I have such a strong sense of peace and happiness today.

At 10am this morning, this is what I saw when I tested using my favorite trusty Answer brand test:
No mistaking that beautiful second line!! And then I compared it to some of my HPTs from my last pregnancy:
And at 7dpt the line looks as dark, if not darker, than our 10dpt lines on the same brand of test! That was super reassuring to me this morning! :)

Can't wait to try a digi tonight and see if it will pop up pregnant - I'm thinking with a line like this on Answer it should!!

And we still have an agonizing FIVE days until our beta!! I cannot wait to hear our first number! With Fiona our 12dp3dt number was 198.1 and with "S" it was 110 - we'll see where this one falls! And then the agonizing wait 'til the next beta, and then possibly the next beta (not sure how many ACRM does) and then the really, REALLY long agonizing wait until the ultrasound!! :D So many wonderful days and milestones to look forward to!

So, back to today being one of the best days ever! Out of the blue I got an e-mail from my FIM "L" and she invited me to lunch with her and Miss "S"! We met at the nearby mall at a little cafe and it was awesome to catch up and see "S" - she is a very sweet and HAPPY baby girl! All smiles and giggles; absolutely precious! We chit chatted for about an hour - "L" has been following along on the blog but hadn't seen the update that we got our first positive so it was fun to get to tell her and hear how excited she is for Jenn and Chad (since they know each other and stay in touch). I soaked up lots of happy surro-baby vibes while we visited and am passing them all along to little chadifer. :)

That was really, really neat and special for me. It was super cool to get to catch up and visit and get to spend some time with "L" and "S". I got to hold "S" and play with her for a little while when we were done eating, and she is snuggly and wiggly and just perfect. Not that I'm biased or anything... :D

So that is my wonderful 7dp3dt day (well, so far)! I get to head home in a few more hours and pick a new sandwich (read: EASY) recipe to make for dinner and then be a bum for the rest of the night - I foresee an early bedtime in my future. I'm just wiped again today, not that I'm surprised since I was up from 2:30-3:30 before falling back asleep then getting up again at 5:30... hoping for no repeats of that tonight! :)

Today so far I'm feeling ok, definitely queasy especially after eating, still have the weird taste in my mouth, very tired, achy and my mouth is constantly watering... I think I'm getting so used to that I hardly notice it anymore though - I really only seem to notice it when I'm trying to fall asleep!

Hoping for a quiet evening and looking forward to Friday tomorrow! :)

(And for fun - a link to my last pregnancy 7dp3dt post!)
