Meal Plan ~ Week of 4/27/20
Another week has come and gone! We are preparing for the very last week of April now - can you believe May is literally around the corner??
A couple of the recipes on my menu for last week are back on for this week, we ended up doing a lot of unplanned items to use up various produce items I had ordered. I never know what I'm actually going to get with each Kroger order for pick up, so it's impacted our weekly plans. But we adjust, have good meals, bake too much, and try to get back on track again the next week! Maybe I'll get the hang of this eventually. :) This past week two of the unplanned meals we had were some amazing chicken dishes - this French Onion Soup Smothered Chicken, and Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Chicken!
Dill Pickle Grilled Cheese
Pork Roast with Applesauce (we uncovered some applesauce in the freezer that we've been trying to use up this past week!)
Rubio's Fish Tacos
Beef Roast with Potatoes and Veggies
Spaghetti with Mushroom Herb Cream Sauce
Garden Salad (toss in all the produce that needs using this week! Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, grated carrots, diced celery)
Salami Pasta Bake
Hawaiian Fried Rice
