Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
I am working on increasing my side dish options on the blog! And that absolutely means how many variations of brussels can I find to make and share?! You can't beat a good brussels sprouts recipes - I love them so much! Add in bacon and maple? I didn't even need an entree. Seriously. These were delicious. The maple almost "candies" the bacon, and adds such a lovely sweetness to the caramelized brussels. It all works together beautifully. Toss it all together on a baking sheet and you'll have this perfect side dish in no time at all.
We served this alongside some turkey patties and baked potatoes for a tasty and filling weeknight dinner.
