Sunrise Fresh Fruit Salad
We used to make fresh fruit salads for weekend breakfast all the time - and then we kind of got away from doing sit down breakfasts on the weekends so I stopped making them. But I really, really kind of love them and am so glad we threw this one together over the last weekend to enjoy alongside some eggs, bacon, and skillet potatoes. It was so refreshing and delicious. The thing I love about fresh fruit salads is they are the perfect "kitchen sink" dish. Use what you have, mix and match, and just a splash of orange juice to bring it all together.
If we have them, I often include some grapes and strawberries in my fruit salad as well, for more color and texture. But this is a great base to start with!
