10/5/20 ~ Weekly Meal Plan

We've reached the first full week of October! Lindsey has already written out a count down to Halloween, and the decorations are being pulled out. The weather is cooling down (rapidly!) and I'm already missing sweating out by the pool in the late afternoons after school and work. We've turned the heat on a couple times already, and have had our first fire of the season already.

This week there are some tasty new dishes on the menu to make use of the delicious beef and chicken in the freezer. House of Raeford Farms has another Meating The Need event coming up nearby next week and I'm excited to be able to pick up some more chicken to restock the freezer.
