Brown Sugar Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon
We love salmon in our house - we don't fix it at home very often, but every now and then it is a much anticipated and enjoyed treat. We tend to like the sticky, sweet, and saucy recipes so when I saw this brown sugar honey glaze at Lauren's blog, I thought I needed to give it a try soon! Unfortunately the salmon fillets my hubby picked up at the store weren't fantastic - they seemed a little... well, not super fresh, but the glaze was great and I will definitely try it again next time we get some FRESH salmon to enjoy with it! (I used the full amount of glaze for half the amount of salmon called for in the original recipe - so keep that in mind. We like ours pretty saucy, so I wanted extra glaze for our 4 fillets).
It's a great combination of sweet, sticky, saucy and a little bit of tang too. We enjoyed this with some sweet potato casserole and fresh steamed veggies for a delicious dinner!
