Carnation Breakfast Choco-Banana Green Smoothie

These are SO yummy. My son requests these for breakfast or dessert sometimes. We had a couple packets of Carnation Instant Breakfast left and whipped one of these up this morning to go with breakfast. So tasty, and full of good vitamins and minerals too! A great way to sneak some greens into my son's meal too.

3/4 cup milk
a handful of frozen spinach/greens (probably about 1/2 - 3/4 cup worth, packed)
1 medium frozen banana, in chunks
1 packet of Carnation Instant Breakfast chocolate powder

Combine ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
Add additional frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, more banana, etc.) or ice cubes if you want the smoothie thicker, add a little more milk if you want it thinner.


  1. I made one of these smoothies for breakfast this morning. So delicious and filling!
