Scrumptious S'mores Recipes

This is pretty much a yummy mocha with a nod to s'mores - the fluffy sweet marshmallow cream disappears into the drink - you could use that to smear the rim instead of chocolate syrup if you wan to be able to taste it!

I love s'mores recipes - I have several on the blog like this No Cook Nutella S'more, S'mores Dip, S'moreo Caramel Bundt Cake and S'mores Bars!

I think it's an excellent week to appreciate the s'mores - it's camping weather here and though so far we've only camped in our backyard I am very hopeful we'll be able to figure out how to squeeze at least a long weekend camping trip in. We've tried our best to just stay home this summer and I know the parks have been pretty full so that may still have to wait until next year - but no camping trip is complete with out a big gooey s'more! We love them!

S'mores Iced Coffee

Ingredients
1/2 cup strong coffee
1/4 - 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar optional

Chocolate/Graham Cracker Rim
crushed graham crackers
chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. Stir the hot coffee and marshmallow fluff together until fluff has mostly dissolved into the coffee.
  2. Pour the coffee mixture along with the milk and chocolate syrup in a blender and blitz. Taste and add the sugar if desired for additional sweetness and blitz again if needed.
  3. Prep your cup by pouring a little bit of chocolate syrup on one plate, and some finely crushed graham crackers on another plate. Dip the rim of the glass in the chocolate syrup and then the graham crackers to coat.
  4. Pour the prepped coffee into the cup, add a little more fluff or whipped cream and another sprinkling of graham crackers / drizzle of chocolate syrup to serve, if desired!
