Dinner - LEFTOVERS


Thurs. 1/8

Dinner - Chicken Cordon Bleu, Cheesy mashed potatoes, sauteed zucchini


Fri. 1/9

Dinner - LEFTOVERS


Sat. 1/10

Dinner - Chicken Tender Salads (Car Show Tonight - cooler friendly food!)


Sun. 1/11

Dinner - Brunswick Stew w/ frozen corn & okra lima beans, Andouille sausage, cornbread muffins


It's been awhile since I meal planned and cooked every night so I'm still adjusting to "how much" to make with the more regular time in the kitchen (instead of just every couple days to meal prep for work lunches, and making sure Kent has meals to heat up during the day when I'm at work). All that to say we had a bit of a surplus of leftovers going into this week - so more leftover nights to eat through some of the "extra"!
