Candied Garlic Chicken
This is a great marinade/sauce that you can use on pretty much any cut of chicken. I've used it for chicken wings, breasts, and thighs. It's very yummy and sticky sweet! You can take the sauce that's left in the bottom of the baking dish and thicken it on the stove, or just spoon it directly over some noodles or rice to compliment this tasty dish. The house smells great when this is in the oven!

Ingredients
1 cup honey
4 TBS soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 - 1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts
Directions
- Simmer honey, soy sauce, and garlic cloves together on the stove; once it comes to a boil, pour over chicken in a glass baking dish. Cover with cling-wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour, overnight if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through (or almost cooked through). Turn heat up to 425, remove foil, and bake another 10-15 minutes or until browned. You can use lo-broil as well, just watch them carefully.
