Today our #SundayFunday group is hosted by Mayuri of Mayuri's Jakoni who said:"Fries or Chips as they are called in the UK. Prepare Fries from scratch or include them in a recipe. Chip Butty, Masala Chips, Cheesy Fries, etc. Be creative. Can use potatoes, sweet potatoes or make fries from any veg of your choice."
I know this almost doesn't count as a recipe - but it's a DELICIOUS and easy way to spruce up a side of french fries (or just eat them as a meal)! Cheese, bacon, and ranch goes so well together - and a bed of hot crispy fries is certainly no exception. We served these with some grilled chicken and a side salad for a very tasty filling dinner. I used a bag of seasoned fries from Kroger, but if you're using unseasoned fries just toss them with your favorite seasonings before baking (seasoned salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, etc.).
Easy for a work night meal - which is often the priority in my house!
