It's another busy week!! Lindsey graduated from The Emily Program last Thursday - I'm SO proud of her. She's doing amazing and working hard and just trying to balance it all out with struggles, and mental and physical health, and friends, and school. We are working hard to support and love on her and lots of driving to / from appointments as needed. She has two this week with her new therapist and dietcian. Hoping both go well and she likes them!
The plumbers are out today because I paid my car loan off last month, which means something at the house needed to break! We've had issues with the same section of pipe now three times in about 6 years which is incredibly frustrating, but at least I know where to point them. Sigh.
We have 3 car shows this weekend - 2 on Saturday, and 1 on Sunday plus a birthday party for one of our friends, and one of Lindsey's friends Sunday evening. All over the place as usual!
We got to go see Scream 7 yesterday and that was a fun outing. We enjoyed the movie and way too much buttery popcorn, which is always the best part of watching a movie at the theater!
Back to a full regular school week for Lindsey (the first one since December) and work for us! We're going to do some volunteering work on Thursday evening and I'm really excited to take Lindsey with me to that. With her schedule it's been really challenging to have time to do anything "extra" but I've wanted to get her involved in some sort of volunteer work for awhile. I think it'll be good for both of us and love supporting our local community too.
