Taco Dinner from Birds Eye®

This is a super easy taco dinner that gives you a great mix of veggies to meat. Our family really enjoyed this blend. It has just a bite of heat with the jalapenos mixed into the veggie blend. If you like less veggies to meat, just increase the amount of meat, or only use half of the veggie mixture to start with. We like to melt our cheese on the tortilla for about 30 seconds before adding the meat and other toppings. These are easy and yummy!

Taco Dinner adapted from Birds Eye® on AllRecipes

1 lb ground beef
1 (12-ounce) bag Birds Eye® Recipe Ready Southwest Blend
8 flour tortillas
1/4 cup taco seasoning
1/4 cup water

Favorite taco toppings as desired:
diced tomato
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
shredded lettuce


  1. Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet; drain fat.
  2. Add Recipe Ready Southwest Blend, taco seasoning and water. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Serve in tortillas topped with your favorite taco toppings.
