Fruit Fluff Dip
This dip has been a staple at events and parties at my house since Lindsey was a little-bitty. I made it for her 6th birthday party and it's been mandatory ever since. She loves this stuff and it's such an easy treat to make and enjoy. I love it with apple wedges, and she will polish off an entire container of strawberries with this (I mean, she'll eat strawberries anytime, but I think it's her favorite "dipper).
If you have any leftover - it's delicious on pancakes the next day! (Or do what Lindsey does and just put a spoon in it).
Fruit Fluff Dip
Ingredients
6-oz softened whipped cream cheese (I often have containers of the Einstein bagel cream cheese at home, and one of those is perfect for this!) If you are using the bricks of cream cheese, use 4-oz or half of one
7 ounces marshmallow fluff
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed (I used the Kroger brand zero sugar version, you can use whatever you have)
Directions
- Put the softened cream cheese into the bowl of a stand mixer and whip until creamy. Add in the marshmallow fluff and whip again until well combined. Then scrape in the cool whip and whip just until well combined.
- Scrape the mixture into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve with cut fruit, graham crackers, etc.
