2/9/26 Weekly Meal Plan
This week I was pretty focused on using things already in the refrigerator / freezer / pantry since I'm being a lot more intentional about shopping weekly for meals, I don't need to keep "everything" stocked all the time. So we're working on some of the pita bread in the freezer, the turkey burgers I bought for lunch meal preps but always forget to use, and some of those tuna cans I always keep a bunch of in the fridge. That one is also a total comfort food meal for me, and I'm trying to expose Lindsey to more things and want to see if that's one she likes and would or would not eat again. Salmon so far is the big one that she definitely will not eat, but she likes tuna sandwiches so we'll see how this goes!
