#EasterWeek ~ Apricot & Honey Ham

Welcome to day 2 of #EasterWeek hosted by Bernadette from Rants From My Crazy Kitchen. This week we are celebrating Easter and Bernadette’s blogging anniversary with all kinds of delicious recipes and a giveaway! From appetizers to ham recipes, we have everything you need for a great Easter dinner or brunch, and one lucky winner will receive a $200 Amazon gift card.
This is a delicious and easy way to bake up your Easter ham with some sweet and spicy flavors. The mixture left a lovely sticky glaze that clung well to the ham and infused the meat with a slightly sweet, slightly smoky flavor with some bite. The recipe calls for hot English mustard, but I decided to use up some fantastic hot mango mustard I had left in my refrigerator which worked very nicely with the flavors. Whatever hot mustard you have available will work just fine for this delicious dish.
