Meal Plan Week of May 16th
This week is going to be potentially crazy! Kenneth's back surgery is schceduled this week pending lab results which we should get sometime on Monday. So, if that happens, things aren't fully ironed out but most likely I'll be at the hospital at least all day Wednesday and Thursday and try to be home in the evenings with Kent and the puppies. So we'll see how it shapes up!
So far this is the plan, trying to keep it fairly "easy" this week!
Monday
Dinner: Sausage, Peppers, Onion and Pasta
Tuesday
Dinner: Stuffed Burgers with baked Onion Rings
Wednesday
Dinner: Perfect Pot Roast with homemade mashed potatoes and glazed carrots
Thursday
Dinner: Leftovers or probably something easy like frozen pizza with a few goodies added to it
Friday
Dinner: Pot Roast Sandwiches (leftover pot roast with cheese and pickles on toasted buns) with fries or chips and side salad
Saturday
Breakfast: Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes
Lunch: Tuna Melt Sandwiches with garden salad
Dinner: Leftovers
Sunday
Breakfast: Biscuits and Gravy
Lunch: Turkey Paninis with chips and baby carrots
Dinner: Brisket (we picked one up from Sam's Club that Kenneth thought looked good!) with homemade mac 'n cheese and green beans
