Quick Tartar Sauce

I recently made a very yummy Fish Po'Boy Sandwich that I shared last week for #FishFridayFoodies, and I don't keep tartar sauce in the house since I don't use if very often, so needed to whip up a quick batch to go with the sandwich!

I did a quick search on AllRecipes for some ideas, and a Quick Tartar Sauce is exactly what I needed so I thought we'd give this one a try. 

It works well in a pinch, and worked perfectly for this tasty sandwich! Mayo just needs a little extra tang to be a great friend to your favorite seafood dish. 

Quick Tartar Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or resealable container. Mix well. Taste, and adjust seasonings if desired (add a little salt / pepper if preferred).
