#FoodieExtravaganza ~ Peanut Butter Chocolate Bread
This is a delicious batch of peanut butter infused, chocolate chip studded, banana bread. I found 55 minutes to be a little bit too long - I thought the bottom of my loaves were just a little over done, but otherwise these came out beautifully. The banana flavor increases overnight. The peanut butter is subtle and I really liked the combination of the banana along with the peanut butter and chocolate. This bread works well together, and the texture is tender with a slightly crisp crust.
