Juicy Orange Creamsicle Jello
My daughter has a history of requesting jello... and then not eating it. So, when she wasn't feeling well recently she asked for jello and I decided to try a peach orange combination with the addition of some orange juice - hoping that might make it more appealing to her. Well, it didn't make it past her taste test, but the rest of us got to enjoy what tasted like orange creamsicle with the addition of the whipped cream for serving.
If you want to serve this for the grown ups only - I think subbing some champagne for the cold water might be a fun change up! Like a mimosa jello! Grownups can I have fun with jello too. :D
