Juicy Grilled Hamburgers
I made these ones a little over a week ago for hubby's send-off party on the 9th. They came out great and everyone really enjoyed them! I ended up making 10 burgers instead of 8 since I was using smaller buns and didn't need quarter pound burgers. The original recipe called for evaporated milk, but I used regular since I didn't feel like opening a can of evaporated for a couple Tablespoons. We would definitely use these again!
Started with ground beef, Worcestershire, bread crumbs, milk, egg, minced garlic and cayenne pepper.
Put the beef in a large mixing bowl.
Added in the egg and breadcrumbs.
Next came the milk.
Worcestershire sauce.
Cayenne pepper.
And some minced garlic!
I worked that all together thoroughly by hand.
Laid the patties out on a foil lined sheet and placed foil between the stacks and put them in the fridge until it was time to grill!
Grilled over medium heat for about 10 minutes total. They were well cooked and beautiful!
I ate mine "bun-less". These got lots of compliments and were very tasty. Great burger recipe!
