LEFTOVERS
This is another week of evenings being a little bit chaotic, but lots of good meals to enjoy too! Trying to balance Lindsey being at her therapy program in the evenings Monday - Thursday, with cooking, with running around to get her to / from, with meal prep for lunches at work during the week and for Kent at home too, and whatever else pops up during the week that I wasn't planning for! Hopefully Linds will be done with this program in another week or two and our evenings will level out a little bit!
